We all want direction in life. We follow guidelines and seek short, simple videos online to solve a problem.

Why don’t we research and investigate most of the guidance we seek? We want an easy-to-follow, fast fix. Worst-case scenario, we break a doohickey or bomb a fashion trend.

Weight management is a multi-billion dollar industry because fast & convenient options lack long-term results.

We try to fit restrictive plans into a busy lifestyle with little direction or concern for our needs. Any ‘success’ rarely lasts and often result in long-term complications. Chronic dieting damages metabolism making weight maintenance a losing battle.
